Estimate a flat-stack cigar layout from usable internal dimensions, cigar size and your chosen clearances.

Measure the usable interior after removing space occupied by trays, dividers and hardware. This models one cigar size laid flat in a rectangular grid. It does not model mixed sizes, tubes, boxes, tapered shapes or staggered stacking.

We calculate both flat orientations using floor((space + gap) ÷ (cigar dimension + gap)). Each count multiplies whole cigars along the length, rows and layers. The entered gaps and reserved height are your planning choices; they do not establish adequate humidity circulation or a guaranteed storage capacity.
