Limited Edition Cigars 2026: Fall and Holiday Releases

The limited edition cigars 2026 worth looking for this fall are the La Flor Dominicana Andalusian Bull 10th Anniversary Maduro, the Crowned Heads Décimo, the Alec Bradley Filthy Ghooligan, the Davidoff Boutique Selection, and the Lampert Limitada 2026. Each one comes from the maker or a trade source, with a confirmed size and, for four of the five, a confirmed price. They differ most in how hard they are to find, which ranges from runs shipping to retailers to a cigar sold only in three Davidoff stores.

Fall and Holiday 2026 Limited Releases at a Glance

Four of these five releases have a stated production cap or a sold-out allocation, and the fifth is a permanent line sold only at Davidoff flagship stores.

At Humidorist, we have not smoked any of these five yet, and we found no tasting ratings for them. Our descriptions rest on size, price, edition and how findable each one is. Prices and ship dates can move after an announcement, so treat the table as the confirmed figures as of this update.

Who Each Release Suits and How Easy It Is to Find

Each release below suits a different buyer, and the main difference between them is how much effort a box will take to get.

La Flor Dominicana Andalusian Bull 10th Anniversary Maduro

The Andalusian Bull 10th Anniversary Maduro started shipping to retailers on Oct 6, 2026, according to Cigar Aficionado. It is a 6 1/2 x 64 figurado with a Connecticut River Valley broadleaf wrapper, where the original 2016 Andalusian Bull used Ecuadoran leaf. The binder is Dominican tobacco from a 2016 crop aged 10 years.

The filler comes from La Canela, the La Flor Dominicana farm. One filler component is that same 10-year-aged 2016 crop, grown from Pelo de Oro seed. At 5,000 boxes of 10, the run comes to 50,000 cigars.

Pick it if you want a big-ring figurado and a cigar marking ten years since the original's June 2016 debut. At $35 a stick it has the highest confirmed price on this list, so it makes sense to wait for published reviews before buying a full box.

Crowned Heads Décimo 2026

The Décimo 2026 has the largest stated run here, at 75,000 cigars across three sizes. It pairs an Ecuadorian Habano Oscuro wrapper with Nicaraguan binder and filler, rolled at My Father Cigars S.A. in Estelí.

Pick it if you want a choice of three sizes at a lower per-cigar price than the Andalusian Bull or the Lampert. Our Crowned Heads Décimo 2026 review has the full specs, and the Crowned Heads brand guide covers the rest of the lineup.

Alec Bradley Filthy Ghooligan 2026

The Filthy Ghooligan is a Halloween-themed limited run of the Black Market Filthy Hooligan. Its new barber-pole wrapper combines Ecuadorian Habano and US Broadleaf, and the blend under the wrapper is unchanged. Alec Bradley says the construction is strong, but that claim is unverified.

At 1,950 boxes of 24, the run totals 46,800 cigars, and a full box at $14.49 a stick comes to $347.76. That 24-count box is the largest box count published on this list. Details are in our Alec Bradley Filthy Ghooligan review.

Davidoff Boutique Selection

The Davidoff Boutique Selection is a permanent line of three Toro blends: Genève, Hong Kong and New York Madison. Each blend is sold only at the Davidoff flagship store in its namesake city. The line launched September 1, 2026, and Davidoff notes that "launch dates and availability may vary depending on country."

This is a hard release to find, since each blend is sold only at one Davidoff flagship store. Pick it if you will be in Geneva, Hong Kong or New York, or know someone who will. See our Davidoff Boutique Selection guide and the Davidoff brand guide for more.

Lampert Cigars Limitada 2026

Lampert's Limitada 2026 is a 6" x 54 box-pressed toro with an Ecuadorian Connecticut wrapper, sold at $195 per box of 10. Lampert says the whole run sold out to retailers before the public announcement.

Pick it if you want a box-pressed toro with an Ecuadorian Connecticut wrapper and can find a retailer still holding unsold boxes. Our Lampert Cigars Limitada 2026 review covers the blend and the allocation.

Not on this fall list: the Cavalier Genève LE2026, which shipped in late July 2026 at $167 per box of 10 and 1,948 boxes. It is a summer release, so we left it out of the table.

How to Find a Limited Release Before It Sells Out

Finding a limited release comes down to asking shops that already sell the brand, early. These steps apply to all five cigars above:

  1. Start with retailers that carry the brand's regular lineup.
  2. Ask your local shop to put you on a list for the specific release, by name and size.
  3. Expect the two hard cases to stay hard: the Davidoff Boutique Selection sells only at flagship stores, and the Lampert Limitada was fully allocated to retailers before the public announcement.
  4. If the price is high, as with the $35 Andalusian Bull, wait for published reviews before committing to a full box.
  5. Once you have them, keep new cigars in a humidor at the right humidity. Our guide on how to store cigars covers the setup.

If you are newer to cigars, you may not want to start with a limited run. Start with our best cigars for beginners list and come back to limited runs later.

Buying Limited Releases as Gifts

A limited release makes a good gift only when you can get it before the date you need it. The Décimo and the Filthy Ghooligan are due to ship in September per the makers, and the Andalusian Bull started shipping October 6, so confirm stock with the retailer. The Lampert and the Davidoff Boutique Selection are a gamble on a deadline.

For broader options that do not depend on an allocation, see our best cigar gifts and Christmas cigar gifts guides.

What We Left Off

This list includes only releases we could confirm from the maker or a trade source. Several brand names circulating in social media posts this fall did not meet that bar, so they are not here. Check our cigar news coverage for later updates.

Our picks would change in one case: if published tasting reviews arrive for these releases, we would add flavor notes alongside availability. For year-round boutique options, see our best boutique cigars roundup.

FAQ

What counts as a limited edition cigar?

A limited edition is a run with a stated production cap. Four of the five here have a cap or a sold-out allocation, and the Davidoff Boutique Selection is a permanent, flagship-only line.

Are limited cigars worth the price?

We found no tasting ratings yet, so we cannot say. At $14.49 to $16.95 a stick, the Décimo and Filthy Ghooligan cost less to try. For the $35 Andalusian Bull, waiting for reviews is the safer move.

How do I find sold-out limited cigars?

Ask retailers that carry the brand's regular lineup what they still hold from their allocation. The Lampert Limitada 2026 is the clearest case, since the entire run went to retailers before it was announced.

Should I age limited releases?

We have no aging data for these five releases, so we cannot say whether any of them improves with time. Whatever you decide, store them in a humidor at the right humidity, as our how to store cigars guide explains.
